Drone Electro-Optical and Infrared Camera with Gimbal ZT30
The Drone EO/IR Camera with Gimbal is a cutting-edge technological solution that takes aerial imaging to new heights. This advanced system combines the power of an electro-optical (EO) camera and an infrared (IR) camera, both mounted on a high-performance gimbal. The gimbal provides exceptional stability, ensuring smooth and clear footage even in turbulent flight conditions.
The combination of the EO and IR cameras provides a comprehensive imaging solution that is adaptable to a wide range of applications. From wildlife monitoring to disaster response, this drone-mounted system offers unrivaled capabilities. The gimbal’s precision control allows for seamless pan, tilt, and roll movements, giving operators full control over the camera’s orientation. This enables targeted imaging and tracking of specific objects or areas.

Hybrid 4-Sensor Solution
MECHO EO/IR Camera adpots industry-leading hybrid sensor solution. The zoom camera, thermal imaging camera, laser rangefinder, and wide-angle camera work together efficiently to ensure that the drone has a wide field of view, clearer shots, and can accurately detect heat sources and target distances.

High-Resolution Thermal Imaging Sensor
The ZT30 EO/IR gimbal camera is equipped with a high-resolution thermal imaging sensor of 640512 level, supplemented by a 19mm focal length and a 30fps image frame rate. It has a wide and far-reaching field of vision and smooth and clear video. It can detect abnormal heat sources in time and perform visual non-contact temperature measurement with quick and accurate response.
High-Precision Laser Ranging
The ZT30 EO/IR camera is further enhanced by a 1200-meter long-distance and 0.1-meter high-precision laser rangefinder, which is sensitive and reliable. It can obtain accurate positions in real time in high-risk operation scenarios, assist in command and decision-making, and ensure a safe operation space.

AI Intelligent Identification & Tracking
Combined with AI algorithm technology, ZT30 can achieve real-time capture and tracking of targets.
Supports anti-loss function. If the target is blocked by other objects, the AI tracking module can automatically identify and track the target when it appears.
High-Precision & Highly Coordinated Control Algorithms
* IMU Calibration Algorithm
IMU Calibration Algorithm compensates and corrects the errors of the inertial measurement unit, reduces interference factors such as zero offset, scale factor, inter-axis error, temperature drift, and noise, greatly improves the measurement accuracy of the IMU, and enhances the stability of the gimbal in environments with large temperature differences, large maneuvers, and strong vibrations.
* Attitude Fusion Algorithm
Attitude Fusion Algorithm comprehensively utilizes the data of sensors such as accelerometers and gyroscopes, and through mathematical models and filtering algorithms, obtains the pitch angle, roll angle, and yaw angle of the gimbal, and fuses this information to effectively improve system performance, stability, and robustness.
* Industrial-Grade 3-Axis Stabilization Control Algorithm
Industrial-Grade 3-Axis Stabilization Control Algorithm deeply integrates and utilizes 3-axis gyroscopes, 3-axis acceleration sensors, PID controllers, motors, and magnetic encoders to achieve gimbal attitude stability control and continuously output stable and high-definition video images during movement.
* High-Precision FOC Motor Control Algorithm
High-Precision FOC Motor Control Algorithm controls the torque and magnetic field of the motor by separating the current components, thereby realizing decoupling control of the brushless motor and greatly reducing picture jitter.
